CLOSES $1,000,000 FINANCING AT $0.24 PER SHARE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Toronto, Canada, December 31, 2025 \u2013 Tartisan Nickel Corp. (CSE:TN; OTCQB: TTSRF; FSE:8TA) (\u201cTartisan\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d)<\/strong> is pleased to announce that the Company has closed a non-brokered flow-through financing for gross proceeds of $999,984 through the issuance of 4,166,600 flow-through common shares at a price of $0.24 per share. No commission was paid in conjunction with this transaction. Statutory hold periods of four months and one day are inclusive and subject to regulatory review and acceptance. The proceeds from the financing will be used to incur eligible Canadian Exploration Expenses (CEE), as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada), which will be renounced to subscribers, and will be directed toward continued exploration and development activities at the Company\u2019s Kenbridge Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Project in Northwestern Ontario.
