(CSE:TN;OTCQB:TTSRF;FSE:8TA) (\u201cTartisan\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) <\/strong>is pleased to announce that the Company proposes to complete a\u00a0non-brokered flow-through financing\u00a0for gross proceeds of up to\u00a0$1,000,000\u00a0through the issuance of flow-through common shares at a price of\u00a0$0.38 per share.<\/p>\n<p>The proceeds from the financing will be used to incur eligible\u00a0Canadian Exploration Expenses (CEE), as defined in the\u00a0Income Tax Act (Canada), which will be renounced to subscribers, and will be directed toward continued exploration and development activities at the Company\u2019s\u00a0Kenbridge Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Project\u00a0in Northwestern Ontario.<\/p>\n<p>The Company may pay finders\u2019 fees in connection with the financing in accordance with applicable securities regulations, which may include a cash commission and\/or the issuance of broker warrants.<\/p>\n<p>The financing is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
