About Kenbridge

Kenbridge is one of North America’s most advanced nickel sulphide copper deposits and one of the few that comes with significant infrastructure already in place. An existing 3-compartment shaft reaches 622 metres deep, with two developed underground levels and decades of prior drilling, metallurgical testing, and environmental baseline work behind it.

Since 2018, Tartisan has methodically checked every box that separates concepts from developments. A 7.5 million tonne mineral resource estimate, updated by independent consultants. A 2022 PEA showing a nine-year operation with $182.5 million in pre-tax value and a 3.5-year cash payback. Environmental baseline studies. Community engagement with Treaty #3 First Nations. Current drilling aimed at expanding the mineral resource estimate and proving depth potential.

The 2022 PEA, independently completed by P&E Mining Consultants, outlines a financially robust underground mining operation with a 9-year mine life, LOM revenues of $837 million, and pre-production capital of $133.7 million. The deposit remains open at depth, and ongoing drilling is designed to expand the resource, upgrade inferred tonnes, and test the considerable down-plunge potential that historical and recent holes have confirmed.

Existing infrastructure collapses timelines and slashes permitting risk. While competitors are still fighting for access roads alongside First Nations and environmental approvals, Kenbridge is actively moving to pre-feasibility. Recent holes confirm the deposit remains open at depth. Drill results continue to expand the resource case.

In a North American supply chain starved for domestic nickel and copper, that speed matters. It matters to automakers. It matters to battery makers. It matters to defense.

First Nations Partnership

Built on Respect & Shared Prosperity

Tartisan's relationship with Treaty #3 is grounded in genuine reciprocity. We've been engaged since 2007 because community trust and benefit-sharing matter to how we operate.

Our Partnership:

  • Proven trust: Treaty #3 Grand Council granted Canadian Arrow Mines (our subsidiary) the first-ever Great Earth Law authorization for a resource company.
  • Long-term neighbors: Ongoing relationships with 4 neighboring communities (Naotkamegwanning, Northwest Angle #33 & #37, Onigaming) built on transparency and mutual benefit
  • Leadership endorsement: Recognized by the Ogichidaa (Grand Chief) as a leader in First Nation relations

Technical Summary

The Kenbridge Nickel Project has demonstrated compelling project economics through a positive Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA), independently prepared by P&E Mining Consultants Inc. (Brampton, Ontario) under the supervision of Eugene J. Puritch, P.Eng., FEC, CET. The effective date of the Mineral Resource Estimate is July 6, 2022.

The PEA outlines a 9-year underground mine plan processing 1,500 tonnes per day — leveraging Kenbridge’s existing shaft infrastructure (2,042 ft / 622 m depth) to access higher-grade mineralization early in mine life, reducing capital intensity and accelerating payback. With a pre-tax IRR of 26% and an after-tax payback of just 3.5 years, Kenbridge stands as one of the most capital-efficient near-production nickel sulphide assets in North America..

All figures are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted.
