(CSE:TN; OTCQB: TTSRF; FSE:A2D) <\/strong>(\u201cTartisan\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) is pleased to announce that the Company has closed $1,350,000.00 in flow-through financing with a two year escrow period. 7,941,176 flow-through shares of the Company have been issued at the price of $0.17 per share for an aggregate subscription price of $1,350,000. The flow through shares are subject to a twenty-four (\u201c24\u201d) month escrow period from the Closing date. No commissions were paid to agents or brokers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The proceeds from the flow-through financing are being used to fund the exploration, development, and advancement of the Company\u2019s flagship Kenbridge Nickel Project, Atikwa Lake Area, Kenora Mining District, Ontario.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The Company additionally announces that it has issued 922,500 shares for debt at $0.20.
